1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. The service is operated by Podshalocef, Inhaber Michael Sann (full details in the Impressum). These terms are governed by German law.

2. The service

pdfrender provides a public API and Model Context Protocol (MCP) service with a free tier and paid plans. Free and anonymous usage is rate-limited; paid plans include monthly credits.

3. Acceptable use

• Keep your API keys secret; you are responsible for activity under your keys.
• No illegal content, abuse, or attempts to disrupt the service.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Polar Software, Inc., our merchant of record and authorized reseller. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled — you can cancel anytime from the billing page or the Polar customer portal, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over; one-time credit top-ups are charged once and do not renew. Refunds are handled through Polar: fees for elapsed billing periods are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
